Alignment With Laser is a family business started in 1989 by Roger Kirk and now run by his son, David Kirk.
David says, “We are based in Durban but travel all around the world providing a range of alignment services.”
The company operates 24/7 and has a number of skilled technicians capable of laser alignment, bore alignment, geometrical machine tool alignment, setting up of boring bars and belt alignment.
“Traditionally we have been very involved in the shipping industry and with Durban being the biggest and busiest port in Africa we are kept very busy. In the past few years we have expanded our operations into every industry that requires our services and we have travelled through Africa and Asia to satisfy our customers’ requirements,” says David.
Alignment With Laser operate some of the most cutting edge technology available and have highly skilled technicians.
David adds, “We also are proud to boast we have a Laser Tracker which is capable of measuring 8 microns per meter accuracy up to 100 meters.”
