REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIVE TITLE DEED CONDITIONS

Title Deed

Have your building plans been rejected because of restrictive Title Deed Conditions?

Restrictive conditions in a Title Deed take precedence over building plan approvals and land use right approvals. If your Title Deed contains restrictive conditions which conflict with the proposed use of a building or the building plans, the approval of such plans will be deferred until such time as the restrictive conditions in your Title Deed have been removed.

The restrictive Title Deed conditions can be removed by way of an application to the relevant authorities.

For further information or a quotation for an application for the removal of restrictive Title Deed conditions, please contact Nicole Scholtz at Goldberg & de Villiers Inc. on 041 501 9806 or nicole@goldlaw.co.za
